SiteTix is free to use during early access. We'll give every account plenty of notice before paid plans launch, and early users will always get grandfathered pricing.
Is my company's data secure?
Every company gets its own isolated workspace. You only see your own tickets, users, and projects — no data is shared between companies. Data is stored in Google Cloud (Firebase) with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest.
How long does setup take?
About two minutes. Sign up, upload your logo, invite your team, and you're ready to submit tickets. Your field team doesn't need to install anything — SiteTix runs in any browser.
Can I use this from the field?
Yes. SiteTix works in any mobile browser. Your crew can fill in labor and materials, capture signatures, and submit tickets right from a phone or tablet on site.
